Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Assaf account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the original garments, including all designer tags and packaging, into the shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
